বান্ধিলাম পিরীতের ঘর ভালবাসার খুঁটির পর

আদরের দিলাম ঘরে চাল, ও মনরে

সুখেতে রব চিরকাল ॥

সোহাগের দিলাম বেড়া ঘরের চারিপাশে

মায়ার লাগাইলাম আড়াল নিন্দার ও বাতাসে গো

নিন্দার ও বাতাসে

সাধের এই পিরীতের ঘর হয় না যেন নড়বড়

তাই প্রেমের লাগাইলাম গজাল ॥

দুঃখের ঝড় যদি আসে কোনদিন

তাই চালে লাগাইলাম মমতার টিন গো মমতার টিন

কষ্টের বৃষ্টি জল হয় যদি অনর্গল

তাই ধৈর্যের রাখলাম একটু ঢাল

ও মনরে সুখেতে রব চিরকাল ॥
